Dream Baby is a light pink jelly sparkling with holographic glitters. This Project Dupe It polish is inspired by OPI Teenage Dream. I was trying to create a more holographic version but maintaining the delicate, fantastical essence of the original polish. My version of Teenage Dream looks very holographic and sparkly in the bottle but once you paint it on your nails it's on the sheer side and only the larger, more sparse glitters are holographic.
