HHC June 2022 Continues the Oceanic series. An ethereally shimmering blue that shifts to purple at angle to the light; filled with luminous green reflective glitters. Topcoat is recommended as this will dry textured. Because this is primarily a shimmer rather than being glitter-dense, you may enjoy this shade over a blurring base coat, or a base colour, particularly if you are not a fan of VNL.
